GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.hybridglo.com, which is owned and operated by Hybrid Global Athletes ApS.
By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before completing your order.
Hybrid Global Athletes reserves the right to update the terms and conditions from time to time, with effect for future purchases.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.
When paying in other currencies, minor exchange rate differences may occur depending on your card provider’s rates.
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The amount will only be charged to your account once the order has been shipped.
Any campaigns or discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted items or other offers unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Denmark via recognized carriers such as GLS, PostNord, or DHL.
Delivery time is normally 1–3 business days within Denmark and 3–7 business days for deliveries to other EU countries.
Delays may occur during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or unforeseen delays with the carrier. You will always receive a Track & Trace number when your order is shipped.
We deliver to addresses in Denmark and the EU. Any customs duties or import fees for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Danish and European consumer law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy as an extra service, allowing you to return items under the same conditions, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

WARRANTY (COMPLAINTS)
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month warranty on all items.
This means that you can have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship discovered during normal use. It does not cover damage or wear caused by incorrect handling or ordinary wear and tear.
You must notify us of any defect within a “reasonable time” after discovering it. Complaints made within two months of discovering a defect are always considered timely.
If you discover a defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hybridglo.com, describing the issue in detail — preferably including photos and your order number.
If the complaint is justified, we will cover your reasonable shipping costs, and the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the situation. The item must always be returned securely packaged, and you are responsible for the parcel until we have received it.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Uncollected packages are not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping and handling, typically DKK 39.
PERSONAL DATA
When you shop with Hybrid Global Athletes, we process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about a purchase, please contact us at info@hybridglo.com.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws in the country of your residence.
